These client’s knew they wanted a remodel, and had great inspiration photos to be able to gauge their style fast. Before I brought on they were just debating a Kitchen remodel within the existing space, but I quickly knew I needed to open up the walls so we could get a large island in. Not only did this make the main living area feel massive but it took advantage of the amazing North and East views of Downtown! We moved from the Kitchen into the Living Room by replacing the floors and updating the fireplace, to redesigning the powder room and Master Bathroom!
