Sign Agency agreement with Whitney. MLS email notifications are setup for new listings. Showings start based on your budget and criteria previously discussed.

THE HOUSE
Great, you found a place you want to call home! Next, we negotiate the purchase price & terms. Full Home Inspection is performed. Agree on items fixed on resolution. Close on your new property!

Paige has a strong background in project management. Prior to obtaining her real estate license, Paige worked for a telecommunications company as a Project Manager in the marketing and sales departments. At Coulas Homes, she is in charge of all documents pertaining to the contract as well as obtaining signatures from client’s and co-op agents, ensuring a smooth process and stress-free process.

Congrats your home is under contract! Next buyer’s will have a Full Home Inspection performed. Agree on items fixed on resolution. Close on your property & get your money typically within one business day from title company.
